We come onsite to deliver the webcast & handle all video streaming. Includes the cost for professional videographer. For anything outside of these requirments, contact us for a custom quotation.

Standard Package

Includes standard definition video. Onsite camera operator, with tripod & basic interview lighting kit. Wired or wireless lav microphone. Up to 250 attendees on the webcast

Half Day (up to 4 hours) - $1250

Full Day (up to 8 hours) - $1875

Wide Screen Package

Includes standard definition widescreen video. Onsite camera operator, with tripod & basic interview lighting kit. Wired or wireless lav microphone. Up to 250 attendees.

High Definition Package

Half Day (up to 4 hours) - $2250

Webcast Marketing Services:

With our webcast marketing solution, we provide you with a custom branded webcast player that can be easily embedded on any web page.  Your ready to broadcast on a moments notice.  In this case, you would handle all of the onsite studio requirements to deliver a live broadcast.

One time set-up fee - $750

Pay per use - $1.00/viewer/hour

Example:

If you have 250 people watch your live broadcast for 1 hour, then the total price would be $250

Viewer Hours Explained:

A viewer hour equals 1 person watching for 1 hour or 2 people watching for 30 minutes each, etc. The number of viewer hours you use per month determines what you pay monthly.
