Our hosted subscriptions to Vidyo conferencing are available as a single meeting room, multi-user access, or pay-per-use. Contact us to learn more about the multi-user subscriptions, or pay-per-use service.
Meeting Room Subscriptions:
The Vidyo meeting room subscriptions can accommodate up to 4 or 10 participants in a meeting. Subscriptions are available in configurations limited to 5, 20 & unlimited hours. All services are based on month-to-month subscriptions. Discounts are available for annual commitments.
Maloka Room Subscription:
The Maloka room provides capacity for up to 4 participants. Subscriptions are available in the following configurations:
5 Hours Limited (Maloka PT5) - $32/month
Includes up to 5 hours of meeting room usage throughout the month
20 Hours Limited (Maloka-PT20) – $65/month
Includes up to 20 hours of meeting room usage throughout the month
Unlimited Business Hours (Maloka-PTUL) – $125/month
Includes unlimited meeting room usage throughout the month
Yaranga Room Subscription:
The Yaranga room provides capacity for up to 10 participants. Subscriptions are available in the following configurations:
5 Hours Limited (Yaranga-PT5) - $65/month
Includes up to 5 hours of meeting room usage throughout the month
20 Hours Limited (Yaranga-PT20) – $125/month
Includes up to 20 hours of meeting room usage throughout the month
Unlimited Business Hours (Yaranga-PTUL) – $220/month
Includes unlimited meeting room usage throughout the month
Account Set-up & VidyoDesktop License Fees
Vidyo Desktop Software
Each participant (PC, MAC or Mobile), is required to install the Vidyo Desktop software client. Charged separately from your subscription as a perpetual software license.
Vidyo Desktop Software license fee – $15/license

Administration Fee
The account set-up fee includes provisioning of your companies custom portal, training, and includes 1 VidyoDesktop license.
Set-up Fee - $75.00
Optional Features & Accessories:
Audio (Vidyo Voice) Connections
Allows participants to join your video conference via voice-only connection. The user dials a phone conference number with an associated PIN code to access your meeting.
Audio connection charge – Now included with all subscriptions
Vidyo Gateway
The Vidyo Gateway feature allows you to connect into 3rd party video conference room systems, such as, Tandberg, Polycom, & Lifesize. This allows you to leverage your in house equipment that you may have already purchased.
Update: CIF & SD calls now included with subscriptions, HD calls charged at $30/connection.
Vidyo Room Systems
If you’re looking to create a dedicated telepresence room at your company, then the Vidyo Room appliance is the ideal add-on. The room systems will support 1 or 2 LCD screens. For example, you could have the participant’s video on one screen, while displaying your shared desktop on the other. Contact us for a custom quotation.
Audio/Video Options:
Logitech Pro 9000 – $89.99
The Logitech Pro 9000 web camera is recommended for desktop and laptop users connecting to the video conference. The Pro 9000 has 2MB pixels specification, which provides a higher quality of experience vs. traditional “built-in “webcams that come with laptops.
Andrea PureAudio NC – $62.99
The Andrea PureAudio NC (185VM USB) is an optional USB stereo headset & microphone. It is recommended using a “USB” headset vs. the “built-in” microphone and speakers included with your computer.
Phoenix Duet PCS – 172.50
The Phoenix Duet (MT-202 USB) is a personal or small room desktop speaker phone. Its built-in microphone and speaker, paired with advanced echo cancellation and noise suppression technologies, make it a very powerful yet portable device.
