Cloud Hosted Meetings

Cloud Hosted Telepresence

Telepresence as a cloud hosted service for your organization.  No upfront costs to implement the back-end infrastructure, or maintain servers that will scale to your company's usage.  Strategically positioned hosted servers provide our customers with the best Telepresence experience, regardless of your geographical location.

No Expertise Required

No in-house expertise to manage your video conferencing deployment?  No problem, outsource this task, and focus on training and user adoption.

Proof of concept

If your evaluating video conferencing as a new tool for remote collaboration at your company, why not start with an internal proof of concept, prior to deploying company-wide.  Focus on user adoption to see the value in using this technology as opposed to trying to determine the technology up-front.  By enabling a smaller group with a telepresence service, you can gain insightful feedback which will help determine the best direction for your business.

Room Systems

Dedicated Telepresence Room

Our services will support any SIP enabled room system.  Easily transform your existing conference rooms into a dedicated telepresence room.  Room systems can be configured with one or two screens, to provide an optimal viewing experience.

Ease of use

Room systems are installed on MAC devices.  Simply turn the device on, and navigate to the meeting in progress.  All room systems are operated from an iOS or Android application.

Higher Quality

Adding a room system to your boardroom will enable true telepresence quality.  All room systems come configured to handle a greater level of throughput quality, as compared to the desktop experience.  Installed with the appropriate audio and visual devices, the room system will transform your boardroom, at the lowest cost of entry.

Custom Audio Visual Installation

Audio Visual Consulting

There literally is no one solution fits all, when it comes to outfitting your conference room with audio visual peripherals.  Understanding the dimensions of the room is one aspect to consider when determining the most appropriate audio visual equipment.  One of the most critical components to establishing a dedicated telepresence room is your audio and visual components.

Just some of the questions that need to be considered:

  • What is the size of the room?
  • How many people does your boardroom table accommodate?
  • What kind of lights are used in the room, and is their natural daylight available?
  • The demographic of participants using the room
  • Are the furnishing considered high, mid, or low end?

Specifying the correct equipment, will ensure a better user experience for all participants, whether, sitting at the conference room table or joining the video conference remotely.
